Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, architectural or related field from an accredited program.
• 3–5 years’ experience in quality control and/or construction safety with a minimum of one year in transportation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications and Procore.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning, scheduling and coordinating work through project phases.
• Read and interpret construction documents such as drawings, specs, geotechnical reports, testing and inspection reports, maps and surveys.
• Monitor project progress to ensure work aligns with contract plans and specs.
• Prepare reports and logs (inspector daily reports, cost to date, estimated cost to complete, submittals, RFI’s).
• Assist with quantity surveys and take-offs from contract documents and actual work in place.
• Assist in preparing construction cost budgets and estimates.
