The project team member will assist with planning, scheduling and interpreting contract documents, while supporting senior staff. Salary range is $93,600.00–$114,400.00 with a good faith estimate; candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field and 3–5 years in quality control or construction, preferably in transportation,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, architectural or related field.
• 3 to 5 years' experience in quality control and/or construction safety with a minimum of one year in transportation (from job description).
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications and Procore.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning, scheduling and coordinating work across project phases.
• Read and interpret construction drawings, specs and reports.
• Monitor progress to align with contract plans and specs.
• Prepare reports, logs and cost tracking data.
• Assist in preparing cost budgets and estimates.
• Prepare contract plans, specs and estimates.
• Coordinate with sub-consultants and in-house teams.
• Attend meetings and record minutes.
• Ensure milestones and quality guidelines are met.
