Johnson, Mirmiran & Thompson, Inc. is seeking a Project team member to assist with construction project oversight, interpret and coordinate contract documents, and support the Project Manager.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management or related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in quality control and/or construction
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications and Procore

Responsabilidades

• Assist with planning, scheduling and coordinating work across project phases.
• Read and interpret construction documents (drawings, specs, reports).
• Monitor progress to ensure compliance with contract plans and specs.
• Prepare reports and logs (daily reports, cost to date, cost to complete, submittals, RFIs).
• Assist with quantity surveys and take-offs from contract documents and actual work-in-place.
• Assist in preparing construction cost budgets and estimates.
• Assist in preparing engineering documents for bidding activities.
• Prepare and compile contract plans, specs and estimates.
• Manage sub-consultants and in-house support disciplines.
• Develop extra work order requests and contract task proposals.
• Prepare proposals as required.
• Attend meetings, record and distribute minutes.
• Coordinate with team to meet milestones and quality guidelines.
