Qualifications

• Bachelor's in engineering, construction management, or related field from an accredited program.
• Experience with construction quality control or safety a plus; knowledge of CPM scheduling preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and Procore software.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning, scheduling and coordinating work across project phases.
• Read and interpret drawings, specs, geotechnical reports and inspection docs.
• Monitor progress to ensure work meets contract plans and specs.
• Prepare inspector reports, cost-to-date, forecast costs and submittals.
• Assist in cost budgets, estimates and bidding documents.
• Coordinate meetings and distribute minutes; liaise with team members.
• Manage sub-consultants and internal support disciplines.
