Responsibilities

• Inspect tracks and beds to identify defects.
• Replace or repair rails, anchors, spikes, ballast, ties and components.
• Assist in unloading and moving track materials from rail cars and trucks.
• Operate equipment such as excavators or trenchers for digging and tasks.
• Maintain track beds by clearing vegetation and debris.
• Follow safety, operational and FRA regulations at all times.
