Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in railroad/track maintenance with at least 1 year in supervision.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong leadership, communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily crew activities and safety briefings.
• Coordinate tasks and labor with crews and project managers.
• Inspect and quality-check completed work to meet standards.
• Operate and maintain heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform basic repairs and adjustments to track components.
• Ensure compliance with FRA regulations and company policies.
• Maintain reports, timesheets, logs, and project docs.
• Mentor crew members and promote safety awareness.
• Respond to emergencies and assist in incident reporting.
• Engage in safety training and process improvements.
