Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 5 years’ railroad/track maintenance experience.
• Minimum 1 year supervisory/management experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and grade plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily crew activities and safety briefings.
• Delegate tasks and assist with labor needs.
• Inspect and quality-check completed work.
• Operate and maintain heavy equipment safely.
• Document timesheets, logs, and reports.
• Maintain safety-focused work environment.
• Mentor crew members and provide safety training.
• Respond to emergencies and incident reporting.
• Coordinate with project managers and clients.
