Job summary

eTeam is seeking a Rail Coordinator III in Houston, TX for a 6-month contract, onsite only. You will interface with rail vendors and internal teams to monitor fleet movements, prepare bills of lading, and resolve service issues.

Proactive data analysis will identify trends and drive optimization across bulk liquids operations. The ideal candidate has strong rail process knowledge, Excel proficiency, and a customer-service mindset to troubleshoot delays and billing questions.

Qualifications

• Experience tracking rail movements and billing processes.
• Comfort interfacing with rail vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze data to identify trends and cost drivers.

Responsibilities

• Track and document rail fleet data in the tracking system.
• Communicate with railroads to resolve service issues.
• Generate bills of lading and reshipments when needed.
• Assist with EDI billing and data discrepancy investigations.
• Develop rail reports to monitor pipeline and regulatory testing.
