Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily rail switching activities ensuring safety and efficiency.
• Plan, assign, and coordinate work for crew members.
• Provide direction, coaching, and performance feedback.
• Train new employees on procedures and safety requirements.
• Operate locomotives and rail equipment safely.
• Coordinate railcar movements to meet production needs.
• Maintain safe working conditions and report operational activities.
• Complete reports on accidents, delays, and switches.
