Responsibilities

• Ensure employees have training, tools, and equipment for safe, accurate, and efficient work.
• Participate in safety meetings and modeling strong leadership behaviors.
• Conduct safety observations to maintain high visibility with employees and customers.
• Oversee on-the-job training aligned with PSC and customer best practices.
• Provide coaching to support employee growth and accountability.
• Review area procedures for accuracy and communicate updates to leadership.
• Identify and organize railcars for spotting, loading, or outbound movement.
• Verify railcar connections, brakes, and couplings for safety.
