Qualifications

• Reliable transportation and ability to work outdoors in varying weather.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate locomotives and rail equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform railcar switching and placement according to schedules.
• Inspect locomotives prior to operation and document activity.
• Interpret train orders, signals, and procedures with accuracy.
• Wear PPE and follow safety rules at all times.
• Assist in training new employees as needed.
• Complete reports related to delays, incidents, or activity.
