Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years manufacturing leadership experience, including launching or supporting new production lines.
• Strong knowledge of SAP or comparable MRP/ERP systems.
• Proven ability to apply Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily welding, fabrication, and machining operations, supervising a diverse production team and setting priorities.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance by following processes, EHS/OSHA requirements, and 6S practices.
• Drive Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement by reducing waste and balancing line capacity.
• Manage workflow, scheduling, machine loading, tooling, and maintenance to support on‑time delivery.
• Champion cost, quality, and team performance by addressing non‑conformances and coordinating with Engineering and QA.
