Job summary

Verathon Inc. is seeking a Rail Services Support Specialist to provide exceptional operational support for IntelliTrans transportation management systems in a rail-enabled environment.

You will monitor transit data, resolve sightings and delays, and handle billing related tasks while maintaining strong customer communications. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and 1+ year of rail logistics experience preferred, with solid Excel and MS Office skills.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitors and inputs transit data in IntelliTrans tracking system.
• Researches and resolves missing sightings and delays with vendors.
• Reviews and uploads correct loaded billing on rail cars.
• Prepares diversion letters and advance bills; follows up for accuracy.
• Ensures BOL is processed in IntelliTrans and sent to railroads.
• Responds to customer inquiries via phone and email; supports after hours.
