Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in AP, financial analysis, transportation accounting, rail or intermodal billing.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Review, reconcile, approve, and process payment for rail and intermodal invoices.
• Analyze billing discrepancies, submit disputes, and follow through on resolutions.
• Maintain accurate vendor aging reports and ensure timely payment.
