HDR Rail is seeking an Engineer in Training to join a collaborative, employee‑owned team working on rail infrastructure projects across North America. You will gain experience on design, field work, and data analytics, supporting track, facilities, and environmental services with mentors guiding your growth.

This role offers hands‑on learning with travel for site visits and client meetings, access to AutoCAD, Civil 3D, OpenRoads, and MicroStation tools, and a path toward professional licensure

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering.
Edit: EIT certification or plans to pursue licensure.
FE Exam completed or planned in near term.
Experience with AutoCAD/Civil 3D/OpenRoads/MicroStation/Revit/GIS.
