Ragnar Benson Construction, a MasTec Company, is seeking a Superintendent to support passenger and heavy rail construction, data centers, and commercial building projects across the United States. You can be located anywhere in the continental US and may travel to project sites nationwide.

Expect two weeks on-site with a four-day home rotation and per diem to assist living expenses. Role requires ability to drive, a company vehicle, and fuel card for assigned work locations.

Competenze

• Minimum GED or High School Diploma.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Civil Construction Superintendent with a focus on rail projects.

Mansioni

• Attend all required pre-job meetings.
• Review project scope with PM/Area Manager.
• Set up job site prior to start of project.
• Coordinate subcontractor operations and track progress.
• Manage local union relationships and OSHA compliance.
• Ensure timely, accurate paperwork and look-ahead scheduling.
