Competitive compensation ranges from $120,000 to $160,000 per year, plus per diem of $1,020 per week, 401(k) with match, ESPP and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Civil Construction Superintendent on rail projects.
• Willingness to travel and work on-site for extended periods.
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive; company vehicle provided.

Responsibilities

• Attend pre-job meetings and review project scope with PM/Area Manager.
• Set up job site and manage cost codes; supervise on-site personnel.
• Coordinate subcontractors, unions, and OSHA compliance; maintain safety and QA.
