Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the construction industry (buildings, bridges, railroad facilities).
• Experience with project planning, scheduling and estimating for construction trades.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans.
• Ability to organize reports, analyze data and recommend solutions.
• Proficient in Windows/Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong business administration, report writing and spreadsheet skills.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate capital projects and support Project Managers and Directors.
• Prepare reports, presentations, analyses and recommendations.
• Assist in schedules, estimates and project controls; review invoices and changes.
• Coordinate design and construction issues; ensure safety compliance.
