Community Teamwork in Lowell, MA is seeking a proactive Rental Assistance Supervisor for the RAFT program. You will oversee administration, program compliance, and fraud investigations to ensure high-quality services for eligible families.

Key responsibilities include managing the RAFT portal, approving applications, and reporting to stakeholders. Strong leadership, attention to detail, and knowledge of community resources are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience working with low income, culturally diverse, and at-risk families and individuals.
• Prior related experience is required.
• Demonstrated knowledge of community resources available to low-income families and individuals.
• Excellent customer service, organizational, oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient computer skills required in basic computer software and data collection systems.
• Strong ability to problem-solve and use crisis management skills.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and confidentiality of information.
• Excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate administrative, programmatic, and fraud investigations for RAFT.
• Ensure RAFT portal processes applications, matches, and reports.
• Investigate potential fraudulent applications and communicate findings.
• Oversee a small team, approve time/attendance, ensure accuracy of applications.
• Develop materials and facilitate training for the program.
• Attend required meetings and liaise with partner organizations.
