Job summary

BayCare Health System is looking for a Radiology Technologist to work in a pool position at the Diagnostic Imaging – Winter Haven Hospital in Florida. The role requires performing diagnostic radiographic and fluoroscopic procedures, supporting imaging services, and managing patient care. Candidates must have BLS certification, ARRT eligibility, and be a Registered Radiology Technologist in Florida. Preferred experience includes 1 year in CT, ECG, or MRI. This position also requires strong customer service and time management skills.

Qualifications

• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.
• ARRT (Radiologic Technologist) – Registry Eligible or ARRT within 6 months.
• Registered Radiology Technologist in the State of Florida.
• At least 1 year experience in CT Technologist, Electrocardiogram, and/or MRI.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic radiographic and fluoroscopic procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic radiographic and fluoroscopic procedures.
• Perform minor invasive procedures and support operating room and emergency department diagnostic imaging services.
• Manage imaging patient care, RIS data, file room, clerical tasks, physician assistance, and patient transportation.
• Provide customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrate time management, critical thinking, written, and verbal skills.
• Possess computer skills appropriate to the position.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1 year experience in CT Technologist, Electrocardiogram, and/or MRI.
