Job summary

BayCare Health System in Plant City, FL is seeking a CT Technologist for outpatient imaging and CT procedures in a pool, exempt: No environment. The role requires ARRT radiology credentials, Florida radiology licensure, BLS, and 1 year of CT or radiology experience.

Responsibilities include patient imaging, RIS data management, file room duties, clerical tasks, physician assistance, and patient transport as needed.

Qualifications

• BLS certification required.
• ARRT Radiologic Technologists – relevant specialty.
• Radiology license – State of Florida.
• Technical Diploma (Radiology) or an Associate Degree in Radiology.
• 1 year CT Technologist experience or Radiology experience.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for imaging patient care, RIS data management, file room, general clerical, physician assistance, patient transportation and related duties.

Status: Pool, Exempt: No

Shift Hours: 8, 10, 12 hr shifts

Shift: Shift 4, Varies

Weekend Work: Occasional

CT Technologist Responsibilities

• The CT Technologist - Outpatient performs diagnostic CT procedures.
• Responsible for all duties related to imaging patient care, RIS data management, file room, general clerical, physician assistance, patient transportation and other related duties as necessary.

Requirements

• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• ARRT (Radiologic Technologists) - Relevant Specialty
• Radiology – State of Florida
• Technical Diploma (Radiology) OR Associates Degree – Radiology
• 1 year CT Technologist; OR 1 year Radiology experience
