Job summary

The Elliot in Hooksett, NH, seeks a motivated Radiologic Technologist to join our imaging team. You will perform radiographic procedures, adhere to ASRT standards, and participate in quality control activities to support accurate patient imaging.

Required ARRT certification or eligibility, AMA approved program completion, and Epic experience. Per diem shifts provide flexible scheduling within a supportive, patient-focused department and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Completion of Radiologic Technologist training from an AMA approved school.
• ARRT certification required or eligible with certification within 12 months.
• Ability to obtain BLS during orientation.

Responsibilities

• Perform radiography procedures following ASRT standards and departmental protocols.
• Adhere to quality control and quality assurance using the APIE model.
• Perform venipuncture and manage contrast documentation.
• Collaborate with care teams to ensure safe, accurate imaging.
• Maintain Epic patient records and imaging workflows.

About the Job:

The practice of radiography is performed by a segment of health care professionals responsible for the administration of ionizing radiation for diagnostic or therapeutic purposes. A radiographer performs radiographic procedures and related techniques, producing images for the interpretation by, or by the request of, a licensed independent practitioner.

What You'll Do:

• Performs radiography procedures based on the American Society of Radiologic Technologists (ASRT) "Radiography Practice Standards" and the ASRT "Code of Ethics"
• Understands and adheres to departmental exam protocols
• Actively participates in quality control and quality assurance activities using the "APIE" model.
• Performs venipuncture
• Prepares, administers, and documents activities related to contrast

Who You Are:

• Completion of formal Radiological Technologist training from an AMA approved school Twenty-four month clinical internship required
• Board of Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy, Required
• ARRT certification, Required ARRT eligible candidates will be considered for hire with the expectation that certification will be obtained within 12 months of hire
• Ability to obtain BLS qualification during orientation period and maintain during employment
• Experience with Epic, Preferred
