Ascension Saint Alexius in Hoffman Estates, IL seeks a Radiologic Technologist to join the Diagnostic Radiology team for evening, part-time shifts with every other weekend, call and holidays. You will position patients, set exposure factors, and administer contrast media while ensuring safety and image quality.

Responsibilities include monitoring patients, reporting abnormal findings, and maintaining a clean department. Eligible for sign-on bonus up to $7,500 with comprehensive benefits.

Qualificações

• BLS Provider within 1 month of hire or transfer date.
• Radiologic Technologist credentialed from IEMA before hire.
• Cardiographic Tech credentialed from CCI within 12 months of hire.
• ARRT Radiologic Technologist specialty credentialed within 12 months; temporary license allowed.

What Minimum Requirements You’ll Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration

• Required Credential(s):
• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Radiologic Technologist credentialed from the Illinois Emergency Management Agency (IEMA) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
• One or more of the following:
• • Cardiographic Tech credentialed from the Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) obtained within 12 Months (1 year) of hire date or job transfer date.
  • Radiologic Technologist specializing in Radiography credentialed from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) obtained within 12 Months (1 year) of hire date or job transfer date. Any specialty accepted. Temporary ARRT license allowed in lieu of permanent license.

Education

• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
