Job summary

Ascension's St. Vincent Randolph Hospital in Winchester, IN is seeking a Radiologic Technologist for General Radiology. This PRN position involves rotating shifts and working within aCatholic health system committed to service and care.

You will support physicians with procedures, maintain radiation safety, and ensure high-quality imaging for PACS submission. Required credentials include BLS, Indiana Radiology credentialing, and ARRT/ARDMS/CCI certifications with a 180-day window.

Qualifications

• BLS Provider certification required within 30 days of hire; American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Radiologic Technologist credentialed from Indiana Medical Radiology Services Program required within 180 days of hire.
• One of: Cardiographic Tech (CCI) within 180 days; ARRT Radiography specialization within 180 days; ARDMS Medical Sonography within 180 days.

• Prepare and administer contrast media and medications within scope of practice.

How you’ll make an impact in this role

• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, including prompt submission of high-quality images and documents to PACS (with correct markers and patient data).
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and orderly department environment.

What Minimum Requirements You’ll Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Radiologic Technologist credentialed from the Indiana Medical Radiology Services Program obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.
• One or more of the following required:
  • Cardiographic Tech credentialed from the Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date.
  • Radiologic Technologist specializing in Radiography credentialed from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date.
  • Medical Sonographer credentialed from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date.

Education

• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
