Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Medical Office Certificate preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Minimum receptionist or appointment scheduling experience.

Responsibilities

• Schedules and coordinates patient appointments for physicians and clinics.
• Trains, answers questions and coaches staff on scheduling duties.
• Manages reminders, no-shows, and reschedules to optimize clinic flow.
• Documents messages in the EMR system and handles referrals as needed.
• Ensures courteous, timely service and supports front office daily operations.
