Responsibilities

• Schedule and route patient calls and appointments.
• Train and mentor Scheduling/MOS team members.
• Maintain accurate appointment data in the EMR system.
• Monitor and optimize daily clinic workflow and patient flow.
• Handle calls, inquiries and scheduling changes with professionalism.
