Responsibilities

• Promotes the facility mission, vision and values in daily work.
• Schedules procedures according to policies, staff availability, patient needs and physician block times.
• Maintains schedule and coordinates time and equipment availability.
• Prepares the schedule for timely distribution and daily completion.
• Notifies changes in the schedule and protects patient confidentiality.
• Provides courteous telephone and intercom communication.
