Responsibilities

• Coordinates the scheduling of procedures according to policy and patient/physician needs.
• Schedules procedures considering policies, staff availability, patient needs, and physician block time.
• Maintains and distributes the schedule timely and accurately.
• Ensures patient confidentiality and professional communication across channels.
• Responds to patient needs with courteous telephone and intercom communication.
