• Manages scheduling mix to suit each practitioner's needs.
• Confirms upcoming appointments with patients.
• Documents messages accurately in the EMR system.
• Forwards calls and follows up on return calls.
• Greet patients and communicate with providers at the reception desk.
• Checks-in patients and documents registrations as needed.
• Verifies insurance and patient demographics as needed.
