Job summary

Wake Radiology UNC Health Rex is seeking a Radiology Scheduling Supervisor to lead our centralized and MRI scheduling operations in Raleigh, NC. This in-office role oversees a team of 30+ schedulers, tracks daily metrics, and uses data to improve performance across imaging services.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in healthcare with at least 3 years in a supervisory role, and a background in radiology scheduling or high-volume call centers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of healthcare experience with 3+ years in a supervisor/manager role.
• Experience leading a large scheduling team and mentoring senior schedulers.
• Familiarity with radiology scheduling and high-volume call centers; EPIC knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee centralized imaging scheduling (MRI, CT, Ultrasound, Mammography, X-Ray, etc.).
• Lead 30+ schedulers; monitor metrics daily and drive performance.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and data security across the team.
