Job summary

The ideal candidate has a Nursing degree, RN licensure in NC, 3+ years in leadership, and experience in critical care or interventional radiology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required; Master's preferred.
• Three years of nursing experience required; leadership experience preferred.
• Current RN licensure in North Carolina; BCLS/ACLS required or within one year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversee patient care and staffing for the radiology unit.
• Develop clinical standards and lead quality initiatives.
• Coordinate budgets and resource planning for the unit.
• Mentor nursing staff and support ongoing career development.
