Wake Radiology UNC Health Rex Healthcare in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Radiology Scheduling Supervisor to lead our centralized and MRI scheduling operations in the North Hills area. You will manage a large scheduling team and partner with the Ancillary Services Manager to coordinate the imaging lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in healthcare with 3+ years in a supervisory role.
• Experience in radiology scheduling or centralized scheduling.
• Proficiency with EPIC and HIPAA compliance.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and performance management.
• Ability to analyze metrics and improve patient scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Oversee centralized and MRI scheduling across locations.
• Lead 30+ schedulers; monitor daily metrics.
• Collaborate with Ancillary Services Manager on cross-functional initiatives.
• Ensure HIPAA and insurance compliance.
• Coach senior schedulers and build leadership pipeline.
