Qualifications

• Knowledge of medical terminology is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule procedures and answer calls courteously and professionally.
• Call referring physicians when scheduling challenges arise.
• Enter accurate appointment data in RIS and update scheduling info.
• Pre-register patients, scan documents, and request films as needed.
• Safeguard patient information and company property per policy.
