Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
• Obtain or verify insurance and patient information, collect signatures, and ensure documentation is complete.
• Collect and log co-pays and fees.
• Answer or transfer incoming calls.
• Schedule, reschedule, or cancel appointments and notify staff of changes.
• Provide patient orientation for prep and safety protocols and directions to facilities.
• Coordinate with back-office staff for timely patient care.
• Safeguard patient information and property as required by policy.
• Maintain confidentiality of on-site medications and patient financial information.
• Interact professionally with patients and staff in a clinical setting.
