Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in medical/radiology office preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule procedures and answer calls courteously.
• Call referring physicians when scheduling challenges arise.
• Enter appointment data accurately in RIS.
• Update account information at scheduling.
• Use RIS to answer questions about insurance, procedures and prep.
• Pre-register, scan documents, input data, and request films as needed.
