Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to access online insurance eligibility and pre-certification systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming and outgoing calls for Catholic Health Radiology scheduling.
• Verify patient insurance coverage and explain benefits.
• Obtain pre-certifications/authorizations for requested radiology tests.
• Document data in Epic and communicate appointment instructions to patients.
