Job summary

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED required.
• Medical terminology certification preferred.
• 6 months of experience in a medical and/or customer service position.
• Customer service experience in an acute healthcare setting.
• Admitting, insurance eligibility and verification experience.
• 1 year of experience scheduling radiographic procedures.

Responsibilities

• Execute a range of clinical receptionist duties.
• Interact with patients, physicians, medical office personnel, and staff with prompt, courteous service.
• Assist with admitting, insurance eligibility and verification processes.
• Schedule radiographic procedures with minimal oversight.
