Insight Hospital and Medical Center seeks a Patient Access Representative for Imaging to welcome patients, verify insurance, collect information, and guide them through check-in and scheduling. The role supports a multidisciplinary imaging team and requires confidentiality and strong customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include data entry into the EMR, answering calls, registering patients, and coordinating with clinical staff.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
• 6 months of relevant customer service experience preferred.
• Experience with insurance verification is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and interact with patients in a friendly and polite manner.
• Provide solutions for customers and troubleshoot as needed.
• Enter data into the EMR system.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and medical records.
• Perform insurance verification as needed and directed.
• Answer phone calls in a helpful manner.
• Register patients and schedule appointments as directed.
• Multitask across responsibilities in a fluid environment.
