Job summary

Providence St. Jude Medical Center is seeking a Procedural Scheduler to handle a range of clinical receptionist duties with minimal supervision. You will interact with patients, physicians, and staff to ensure prompt, courteous service in a busy imaging environment.

This role supports the Imaging Admin department and focuses on admitting, insurance verification, and scheduling radiographic procedures to maintain smooth patient flow and high-quality care.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED is required.
• 1 year of experience scheduling radiographic procedures is preferred.
• Admitting, insurance eligibility and verification experience is preferred.
• 6 months of experience in a medical and/or Customer service position is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform clinical receptionist duties and interact with patients, physicians, and staff.
• Provide prompt, courteous service and support to patients and clinic operations.
• Coordinate scheduling and verify information for radiology procedures.
