Job summary

Munson Healthcare in Manistee, MI is seeking a friendly call-center specialist to support Radiology scheduling across the Munson system. You will handle inbound contacts from providers, coordinate appointments, and share information about tests and directions with patients.

Candidates must reside in Michigan within driving distance of Manistee. A high school diploma plus strong computer skills and typing speed are required; prior call-center or medical office experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Medical terminology not required, but preferred.
• Typing speed of 45 WPM required.
• Previous call center experience and/or medical office experience preferred.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple calls efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound calls, emails, faxes from providers requesting services.
• Coordinate appointment scheduling linking consults and services across the Munson system.
• Provide patients with information on radiology testing, directions, and educational materials.
• Maintain high quality customer service and support teamwork on every call.
