Job summary

BizTek People is seeking a Radiology Scheduler in Shakopee, MN to support a busy Diagnostic Services department. This 40-hour-per-week, on-site role requires expertise in radiology scheduling, strong attention to detail, and experience with Epic/Excellian systems. The contract runs 8 weeks with potential extension.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of radiology/imaging scheduling experience and be capable of managing a high-volume workload in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of radiology/imaging scheduling experience.
• Experience scheduling diagnostic imaging procedures.
• Experience with healthcare scheduling systems and Epic tools.

Responsibilities

• Schedule diagnostic imaging appointments (CT, MRI, X-ray, ultrasound, etc.).
• Coordinate appointments using Epic/Excellian and workflows.
• Review orders for accurate placement and communicate with patients and teams.
• Support prior authorization workflows as needed and maintain high-volume throughput.
