Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answers phones and handles calls in a professional and timely manner.
• Schedules patient examinations according to policy.
• Ensures all appropriate personal, financial and insurance information is obtained and recorded accurately.
• Ensures patient data is entered into information systems completely and accurately.
• Advises patients of financial responsibilities and appointment preparation details.
• Communicates scheduling changes to technologists to ensure patient satisfaction.
• Maintains up-to-date database on referring physicians.
• Provides backup coverage for front office as needed.
