Job summary

Qualifications

• EPIC/Excellian Radiant experience preferred.
• Medical terminology knowledge preferred.
• Prior authorization experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule diagnostic imaging appointments across modalities such as CT, MRI, X-ray, Echo, Ultrasound, Nuclear Medicine, Mammography, and PET/CT.
• Coordinate patient appointments accurately using Epic/Excellian and scheduling workflows.
• Review scheduling information and orders to support accurate appointment placement.
• Communicate with patients and internal clinical teams regarding scheduling needs.
• Apply medical terminology when reviewing and coordinating imaging appointments.
• Support prior authorization-related scheduling workflows when applicable.
• Manage a high-volume scheduling workload while maintaining accuracy and timely processing.
• Support the Diagnostic Services team with additional scheduling-related responsibilities as assigned.
