Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and schedule imaging exams.
• Process physician orders and maintain patient information for charting and billing.
• Handle film requests and coordination with other facilities or offices.
• Assist with filing reports, patient records, and x-ray images.
• Support schedulers and technologists as needed and confirm appointments.
