Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of experience in a medical setting preferred.
• Strong data entry and IT system navigation skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Data entry and validation across radiology platforms to ensure complete, legible records.
• Provide reading room support and assist Radiologists to maintain workflow and timely communication.
• Upload outside images to PACS and create orders with correct demographics.
• Coordinate imaging for Emergency, Urgent Care, and Critical Care patients.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain HIPAA-compliant PHI handling.
