Job summary

Cincinnati Children’s is seeking a full-time Radiology Operations support role at the Burnet Campus to streamline workflow, communicate critical results, and ensure PHI/HIPAA compliance. The role centers on serving as the primary contact for inquiries, uploading outside study reads to PACS, and coordinating imaging for Emergency, Urgent Care, and Critical Care patients.

This is a weekday day shift with rotating weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Data Entry and System Support: maintain records, enter and validate orders across multiple IT and Radiology platforms.
• Reading Room Support: assist Radiologists and customers to optimize workflow and relay results.
• Flow Facilitation: act as flow facilitator for X-ray imaging and trauma response in the Critical Care Building.
• Customer Service and Communication: respond promptly to requests and ensure clear communication with healthcare providers and staff.
• Problem Solving: investigate and resolve issues with internal teams to ensure timely resolution.
