Responsibilities

• Transports patients to and from the Radiology Department in a courteous, timely, and safe manner.
• Ensures patients are safely placed in wheelchairs and on stretchers.
• Communicates effectively with patients and families to ensure comfort and safety.
• Transfers patient care to Radiology staff and logs patient information.
• Follows patient identification procedures and notifies nursing staff when patients are moved.
