Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients, assign Medical Record Numbers, schedule appointments, and collect payments.
• Respond to billing and payment inquiries.
• Manage check-in/out, verify identity, update demographics and insurance information.
• Schedule/confirm appointments and handle referrals/authorizations.
• Provide proactive customer service and escalate to leadership when needed.
