OU Health Stephenson Cancer Center is seeking a Patient Services Representative for Radiology to support front-desk activities in a fast-paced imaging clinic. You will schedule appointments, greet patients, verify insurance, and manage demographic data in the EMR, ensuring smooth daily operations.

This part-time daytime role emphasizes strong customer service, accurate record-keeping, and effective communication with patients and staff.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1+ years of professional work experience is required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills expected.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic keyboarding abilities.
• Knowledge of hospital policies and procedures is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Schedules patient appointments by telephone or in person.
• Greets patients and manages check-in/out at the clinic.
• Verifies insurance eligibility and PCP referrals for patients.
• Balances and reconciles cash drawer daily.
• Prepares and files charts, forms and lab/x-ray information accurately.
• Promotes patient portal for secure communication and access.
• Maintains and updates patient demographics and records in the EMR.
