OU Health in Oklahoma City is seeking a Patient Services Representative for the Oklahoma Children's Hospital Radiology department on a part-time days schedule. You will schedule appointments, greet patients, collect payments, process demographics, and help patients navigate the clinic and EMR systems.

This role requires strong verbal and written communication, excellent customer service, and the ability to work with diverse patients and colleagues.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of professional work experience.
• No license/certification required.

Responsabilidades

• Schedules patient appointments, by phone or in person.
• Greets patients and assists with check-in and check-out.
• Accepts payments and provides receipts; balances cash drawer daily.
• Verifies insurance eligibility and PCP referrals when applicable.
• Copies/uploads insurance cards and scans records into EMR.
• Maintains patient charts and files; supports chart completion.
• Promotes patient portal use for patient-clinic communication.
